Cellular Base Stations in rural areas are often generator driven. So the energy for the emitter have to come from a Diesel- or Biofuele-Engine.
The maintenance for this Cellular Base Stations must be cost effecitve and practicable. For this technology is needed to expand the service intervals.

The ECOFIL filter housings of the T-series are developed for cleaning lubricating oil, both in

combustion engines and other lubrication applications. They are made out of first class steel and exist in different sizes in function of the tank capacity to be filtered.

Installation

Using the main oil system pressure, the ECOFIL housing of the T-series are not equipped with a pump and motor. It is simply connected to the main oil circuit with two hoses, thus

creating a by-pass oil circuit. The installation in by-pass of the ECOFIL oil cleaner makes sure that the original system is never influenced. The by-pass installation only enables the

continuous filtration of small quantities of oil at a low pressure.

T 30

The T 30 filter housing is installed when the lubrication application's tank capacity is between 250 and 1,000 liters. For combustion engines, the maximum tank capacity is limited to 45 liters. The T 30 filter housing has a filter capacity of 3 liters of oil per minute. For tanks larger than 1,000 liters, more filter housings are connected in parallel, their number depending on the tank capacity.

Advantages

• Redundancy of oil changes. Because of the absence of combustion, by keeping the oil at a very high degree of cleanliness, the usual oil changes become redundant. By absorbing more than 90% of all contaminants like metal particle, sand and dust, the oil remains clean and is able to keep fulfilling its lubricating function. Therefore it doesn't have to be condemned and has an almost endless life.
• Extension of the full flow filter lifetime. Most contamination being captured by the bypass filter prevents saturation of the full flow filter. It will therefore not have to be changed as often.
• Important reduction of wear and tear. Captivation of particle contaminants avoids theirdisastrous effect on all the components of the engine. The usual wear is reduced to an absolute minimum. Replacement of spare-parts for pump, motor, packings, cylinders, pistons etc. is avoided.
• Prolongation of the lifetime of the engine. The reduction of wear and tear extends the lifetime of all components and therefore also of the entire engine.
• Reduction of maintenance and repair costs. The prolongation of the oil changing intervals and the reduction of wear and tear automatically result in the reduction of maintenance and repair costs as well as the decrease of idle time.
• Environment friendly corporate culture. Prolongation of the lifetime of the oil prevents waste of natural resources. In countries where the removal of condemned oil is taxed, the extension of its lifetime is also economically rewarded.
